Platform & Upstream Terms

Last updated: 2026-07-22 · Effective from: 2024-06-24

This platform terms disclosure applies to the website, products and services offered under the brand WAAPI App, operated by AISCAN ATTENDANCES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”), acting as the business. By accessing or using our services you agree to this platform terms disclosure. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the services.

1. Why this page exists

Software delivered through a chain of operators can leave you unsure whose rules actually bind you. This page removes the doubt: it names every operator above us in the chain, links their terms, and states how those terms interact with ours.

Upstream platform terms (flow-down)

WAAPI App delivers its services on technology licensed from the operator(s) below. Your use of our services is therefore additionally subject to their terms and policies, which flow down to you through this document:

  • AISCAN ATTENDANCES PRIVATE LIMITED (trading as WAAPI App) — platform operator & technology licensor. Terms · Privacy Policy · All legal documents. Contact: info@waapiapp.com · +917890000199. Registered address: 6th Floor, 1/G/4C-9, Room No. 603, Saltee Plaza, Khudiram Bose Sarani, Nager Bazar, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700080, India.

Where this document and an upstream operator’s policy differ, the stricter obligation applies, and any restriction an upstream operator or a connected channel imposes on your account takes effect regardless of what we have agreed with you. We remain your single point of contact for support and billing; we do not, however, control an upstream operator’s pricing, availability or enforcement decisions.

3. Connected channels bind you too

Independently of the chain above, every channel you connect imposes its own terms directly on you — Meta’s for WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Meta Ads (see our Meta Platform Policy), Google’s for Business Profile and Google Ads (see our Google API Services disclosure), and your payment gateway’s for payments. Those platforms can restrict, suspend or ban your account or phone number under their own rules and on their own judgement. We cannot overturn such a decision, and it does not entitle you to a refund.

4. What we are responsible for

We are responsible for the platform we give you, our own security, our own billing, and the support we promise. We are not responsible for an upstream operator’s or a channel’s decisions, outages or price changes — but we will tell you about them promptly and honestly, and pass on whatever remedy is available to us.

Governing law & jurisdiction

Where we serve customers in other jurisdictions we honour applicable local requirements, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), to the extent they apply. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your country of residence.
