Hours & response times

Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST (excluding public holidays). Our response targets by severity are published in the Service Level Agreement; critical service-down issues are prioritised.

Before you write

Include your registered email, a description of the issue, the steps you took, screenshots where possible, and any error message or reference ID. It genuinely speeds up resolution.

What we cannot fix

Some things sit with a third party — a WhatsApp number ban, a rejected template, a suspended Google listing, a disapproved ad, a bank’s payment reversal. We will explain what happened, give you everything we know, and help you appeal to the provider, but we cannot overturn their decision. See the Platform & Upstream Terms.
